About BaliIcon
A local-vendor marketplace for Bali travel operations.
BaliIcon helps guests book Bali tours, airport transfers, private drivers, and fast boats from local vendors. The platform is built around quote locking, inventory reservation, manual payment verification, and clear vendor accountability.
Verified local vendors
Products are connected to tenant-scoped vendors, availability slots, and operational booking status so each reservation can be handled by the team responsible for the service.
Locked quotes
Guests can browse in supported currencies, then lock a quote with a stored exchange rate before creating a booking. Existing bookings do not change when rates move later.
Manual payment review
The initial version focuses on bank-transfer payment flows, finance review, refund tracking, booking events, and audit logs for operational traceability.
